Strawberry and White Chocolate Jam
The perfect strawberry and white chocolate jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Fresh strawberries
- 100 g Chocolate white
- 1 Lemon fresh
- 250 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
- Rinse the strawberries while hot, remove the stalk, rinse again and roughly cut. Puree the strawberries and roughly chop the chocolate. Squeeze the lemon. If you like, you can rub in the lemon peel (BIO)! 🙂
- Now bring the strawberries, lemon juice and sugar to the boil, then melt the chocolate in them and immediately fill into clean screw-top jars, screw the lid on well and turn it upside down for 10 minutes! Then let it cool down!
