Ingredients

Wraps:

  • 300 g Spelt flour type 630
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 150 ml Water

Chicken and vegetable filling:

  • 400 g Boneless chicken legs
  • 400 g Sweet paprika powder
  • 400 g Curry
  • 400 g Garlic pepper
  • 400 g Seasoned salt
  • 400 g Mace
  • 1 (40g abgetropft) Canned corn kernels
  • 2 small Carrots
  • 1 Red pointed peppers
  • 200 g Leaf lettuce
  • 100 g Finely grated mountain cheese

Sauce:

  • 150 g Cream yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  • 1 Splash Salt and pepper
  • Freshly chopped chives

Instructions

Wraps:

  • Mix flour with salt and knead well with oil and water. Wrap the dough in foil and let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes!

Vegetables and chicken: preheat the oven to 80 ° C!

  • Season the chicken with the above spices and let it steep a little! Then peel the carrots and grate them finely. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into thin strips. Drain the corn. Clean the lettuce, pluck it smaller, wash and spin. If you like, you can also cut pepperoni from the glass into rings! 🙂
  • Fry the chicken in a little oil in a pan for about 20 minutes until crispy!
  • Meanwhile, roll out 6 even flat cakes from the dough and briefly bake one after the other in a coated pan without oil. The best way to roll the dough up on the whale wood and transport the dough into the pan! See image! Place them all on top of each other on a plate and cover with foil. And keep it warm in the oven! This keeps the wraps soft and makes them easy to roll afterwards!

Sauce:

  • Mix the yoghurt, majo, lemon juice, salt, chives and pepper. Cut the chicken into thin strips and keep them warm in the oven!

Assemble:

  • Spread the sauce on the wraps, top with lettuce, carrots, corn, paprika, possibly pepperoni and cheese. Then add chicken strips on top! Roll everything up tightly and serve!
  • Homemade is homemade! Not comparable to wraps that are bought! 🙂 CHICKEN BREAST OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF MEAT IS ALSO POSSIBLE! I LOVE KEEPING LEGGED CHICKEN LEGS! 🙂
