  • 5 Pc. Eggs
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 200 g Chocolate white
  • 100 ml Whipped cream
  • 200 ml Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Melt the white and dark chocolate separately in a water bath. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until very stiff. Beat the crème fraîche lightly and whip the cream very stiff. Stir in the crème fraîche, in two parts, into one half of the white chocolate and the other half of the dark chocolate.
  • Then divide the cream and fold in each time. Carefully fold in the egg mixture in two parts and the chocolate mixture and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Chop the strawberries into small pieces and mash some of them with a fork, sprinkle with a little lemon juice and sugar. Also put the compote in the refrigerator.
