Preserving: Strawberry and Chocolate Jam
The perfect preserving: strawberry and chocolate jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Fresh strawberries
- 1 packet Preserving sugar 2: 1
- 100 g Dark chocolate
- Wash the strawberries and remove the green parts. Then puree and strain through a sieve.
- Put the strawberry puree together with the preserving sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Then stir in the chocolate, broken into small pieces, and stir until it has melted (leave the pot on the stove, but switch it off).
- Now fill the twist-off jars, close them tightly and turn them upside down for a few minutes.
