Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Fresh strawberries
  • 1 packet Preserving sugar 2: 1
  • 100 g Dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Wash the strawberries and remove the green parts. Then puree and strain through a sieve.
  • Put the strawberry puree together with the preserving sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Then stir in the chocolate, broken into small pieces, and stir until it has melted (leave the pot on the stove, but switch it off).
  • Now fill the twist-off jars, close them tightly and turn them upside down for a few minutes.
