Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 Nashi pear(s) , or regular pear
  • 1 handful of raspberries, frozen
  • 1 mango(s)
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

a healthy and refreshing smoothie

Peel the mango and banana and cut into small cubes. Halve the kiwis and scoop out the flesh with a tablespoon. Then add the frozen raspberries. Once all the fruit is in the blender, add a little more water. Close the blender and blend. Serve the finished smoothie in glasses with straws.
