Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 6 small tomatoes
  • 1 shot of pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 shot of balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Dice the cucumbers and tomatoes. Then add the pumpkin seed oil and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well and enjoy. Tip: If you’re feeling adventurous, you can also add olive oil, pumpkin seeds, onions, basil, or garlic. Note: This salad is easy to prepare and tastes simply amazing.
