Tortellini salad à la Claudi

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500g tortellini
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 class jar Miracel Whip Balance
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly pepper (garlic pepper)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Cook the tortellini in plenty of salted water with oil, then drain and let cool. Peel, deseed, and dice the cucumber. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Finely chop the onion and ham. For the sauce, combine all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper, and perhaps a little more garlic powder. Add the cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and ham to the salad dressing and mix. Now fold the tortellini into the sauce and let it stand for about 30-60 minutes.
