Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of glass noodles, approx. 200 g
  • 400 g meat salad
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 2 bags of ready-made salad dressing mix (Salatkrönung Dill Herbs)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Prepare the glass noodles according to the package instructions, let them cool slightly, and then chop them into small pieces. Peel and grate the cucumber. Mix the remaining ingredients with the glass noodles and grated cucumber and let it marinate for a while. The salad tastes wonderfully fresh and goes perfectly with grilled meat.
