Penne with spinach and cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g penne
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 1 pack of creamed spinach or leaf spinach (frozen)
  • 1 pack of processed cheese
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dash of cream
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • oil
  • some nutmeg
  • 1 shot of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

very tasty and quick

Cook the pasta as usual and drain. Sauté the chopped onions in a little hot oil until translucent. Dice the cooked ham and add it along with the garlic and cream cheese. Then add the spinach to the pot and simmer until the spinach has thawed and the cheese has melted. Finish with a dash each of milk and cream. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and a little nutmeg. Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve.
