Pasta with feta cheese, honey and chili

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, cooked al dente
  • 100 g bacon, finely chopped
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 200 g sheep cheese, fresh, Turkish or Greek
  • 250 ml cream, liquid
  • 150 ml white wine, dry
  • 100 g butter
  • 65 ml olive oil
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 1 handful of chili, red, Turkish
  • Parsley or fresh coriander, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • some turmeric

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fry the bacon in a pan without adding any fat until crispy. Then add the olive oil, onions, and garlic and fry briefly. Deglaze with white wine. Add the cream and crumbled feta cheese to the pan. Stir constantly until the ingredients are well combined. Season with chili, salt, and pepper. Stir the cooked pasta into the now creamy sauce and heat through. Finally, stir the turmeric into the pasta. Drizzle with the honey, fold in briefly, and serve sprinkled with herbs.
