Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pesto, red
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 50 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 200 g whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil the gnocchi in water, then drain. In a pan, combine the pesto, cream, cream cheese, and cheese. Bring to a boil briefly and add the gnocchi.
