Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small cauliflower
- 2 carrots
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 bunch of chives, cut into rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Grate the cauliflower and carrots in a food processor, combine the remaining ingredients into a sauce, and pour over the vegetables. Mix well and let stand for at least 1 hour.
