Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 stock cube
  • pepper
  • some Gouda, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

with tagliatelle

Place the salmon fillets, cream, bay leaves, stock cubes, and pepper in a casserole dish and bake with the lid closed at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 5 minutes with the lid open. Serve with tagliatelle. If you prefer more sauce, add 3 cups of cream to the dish instead of 2. However, the sauce will remain more runny.
