Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g tortellini (filled, any filling, possibly colored tortellini)
- 1 can of tuna
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 150 g cheese, grated Gouda
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- herbs, Italian
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Personally, I always precook the pasta, about half the required cooking time. You can also place the pasta uncooked in a greased casserole dish. Spread the tuna over the pasta. Season the tomato puree with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian herbs, and pour it over the pasta and tuna. Then sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (fan oven) for about 30 minutes.
