Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 60 g butter
- 6 tbsp breadcrumbs
- ½ lemon(s)
- n. B. Maggi, seasoning mix no. 4 for salad / fish
- 500 g cod fillet(s)
- ½ bunch of dill

Melt butter in a pan. Add breadcrumbs and let them brown slightly. Finely grate the lemon zest and add it along with 1 teaspoon of Maggi seasoning mix (for salad/fish) and mix well. Season the cod fillet with Maggi seasoning mix. Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the fish and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Wash and finely chop the dill. Sprinkle the fish with dill and serve.
