Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 nectarines or peaches, ripe
- 25 g butter, cold
- 20 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 30 g flour
- 30 g oat flakes
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Wash the nectarines, halve them, remove the pits, and place them in a baking dish. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Crumble the batter onto the fruit halves. Then bake at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 30-40 minutes.
