Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 tsp, heaped Ajvar, spicy
- 30 g peanuts, roasted, without shell
- some stalks of coriander, fresh
- n. B. garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
vegan, goes very well with raw food
Finely chop the peanuts or grind them in a food processor. Chop the cilantro and some garlic, if desired, and mix all the ingredients together.
