Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g salmon with skin
- 1 lime(s)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 rolls with seeds
- 100 g sauce (honey mustard sauce)
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 2 sprigs of dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
so everyone can make delicious flame-grilled salmon
Place the salmon skin-side down on a board and drizzle with lime juice. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the salmon. Place the salmon on a flame-grilled salmon board (you can easily build one yourself, see my YouTube channel). Light a small fire in a fire bowl and place/stretch the salmon and board over it. Always make sure the salmon gets some heat, but don’t let the flames get too high. After about 20 minutes, cut open the rolls and place the lettuce leaves with the sauce and some torn dill on top. Now just remove the salmon from the board and place a few nice pieces on the rolls, and you’re done.
