Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s)
- 1 jar horseradish (creamed horseradish)
- 2 tbsp margarine (or cream cheese)
- 2 packages of salmon
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 jar caviar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
To prepare half a flatbread, first spread margarine or cream cheese on the bread. Then generously spread the horseradish over it and cover the cake densely with salmon. Garnish with quartered hard-boiled eggs, chives, and, if desired, caviar.
