  • 12 green olives, pitted
  • 6 sprigs of flat, fresh parsley

  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark

Wash the radicchio and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Then divide it evenly among the salad bowls. Fillet and finely chop the oranges, reserving the juice. Wash the parsley, remove the stems, and finely chop. To prepare the vinaigrette, place both in a small bowl. Add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
