Spaghetti with spinach in scrambled eggs and minced meat

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g spaghetti (wholemeal)
  • 200 g spinach
  • 250 g minced turkey
  • some olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Spice(s), any, as everyone likes it

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Cook the pasta as usual. Meanwhile, dice the onion and fry it with the meat. I use olive oil for this. Crack the egg into a bowl and season it, add the spinach, and mix until combined. Season again if desired. Transfer the cooked pasta to a baking dish and pour the egg and spinach mixture over it. Then add the meat and mix a little. If you like, you can spread the cream cheese and tomato slices over it. Then bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
