Especially for mushroom lovers

Clean the mushrooms and cut into thick slices. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, and finely chop. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain well, and set aside. Add half the butter and the basil, mix, and transfer to a gratin dish. Melt the remaining butter in a low, wide frying pan. Quickly fry the mushrooms on each side. Season with seasoning and pepper. Place the mushrooms on top of the spaghetti. Mix the parsley, breadcrumbs, and cheese, and sprinkle over the spaghetti. Place a few knobs of butter on top. Bake the pasta in an oven preheated to 250°C for about 5-7 minutes; place the oven rack in the upper middle of the oven. Arrange on preheated, deep plates and serve. Side dish: Serve with a tomato salad with onions and an Italian dressing.
