Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 small banana(s)
- 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped, frozen
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- 80 ml water
- 1 dashes lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
A refreshing shake in 5 minutes
Peel the banana, cut it into small pieces, and immediately drizzle with a little lemon juice. Place the banana in a blender along with all the other ingredients and puree until smooth. The chives don’t need to be thawed. Pour the smoothie into a large glass or two smaller glasses. The smoothie tastes deliciously fresh.
