Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 kg Gouda, young
  • 350 g mayonnaise
  • 250 g yogurt
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 12 g Maggi
  • 4 g white pepper
  • 1 small can of pineapple pieces, approx. 235 g
  • 20 g chives, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the Gouda cheese, the peeled and deseeded bell peppers, and the cucumber into small cubes. Make a dressing from mayonnaise, yogurt, Maggi, pepper, and chives and mix it with the diced ingredients. Drain the pineapple pieces and add the desired amount to the salad. Don’t add too much, or it will become too runny.
