Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
with cooked ham or bacon
Peel and dice the potatoes. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potato pieces over medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Chop the cooked ham/bacon into small pieces and add them. Fry for another 5 minutes. Set aside and let cool slightly. Mix the cream cheese, eggs, finely chopped parsley, thyme, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in the potato and ham mixture. Divide the pizza dough into either 6 portions (for 6 small 10 cm tart dishes) or 2 portions (2/3 to 1/3 for 1 large and 1 medium tart dish). Grease the tart dishes and line them with pizza dough. Spread the potato, ham, and cream cheese mixture on top. Bake in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until the pizza dough is lightly browned and the mixture has set (top and bottom heat: 200 degrees, fan oven: 180 degrees).
