Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml natural yogurt
- 1 mango(s), ripe
- 20 hazelnuts, chopped
- 2 sprigs of mint
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the mango and cut into pieces or strips. Halve or quarter the hazelnuts so they still retain their bite. Tear the fresh mint leaves into small pieces. Then simply place the mango and yogurt alternately (most decoratively) in a glass, with the mint and hazelnut pieces in between. For decoration, you can add a pretty mint leaf or, if available, the mint flower head. Other nuts, such as walnuts, are certainly possible, too. It tastes very refreshing and aromatic. You can also divide this amount into four servings.
