Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g mascarpone
- 2 ml bitter almond flavor (1 small bottle)
- 1 ml vanilla flavor (1/2 small bottle)
- 1 egg yolk
- 100 g erythritol (sugar substitute), light
- 80 g walnut kernels
- Cocoa for dusting
- 1 cup of espresso

Combine the mascarpone with bitter almond flavoring, vanilla flavoring, egg yolk, and Xucker light in a bowl and mix well. It may take a while for the Xucker to dissolve. Chop the walnuts into small pieces, place them in a bowl, and pour the espresso over them. Prepare the glasses and alternately add the walnuts and the mascarpone cream. Sprinkle with the sifted cocoa powder. Chill in the refrigerator. Approx. 379 kcal per serving; protein: 6.6 g; carbohydrates: 3.2 g; fat: 37.5 g. Xucker light can be purchased online, or I also have it at my local dm store.
