Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g Emmental cheese
- 20 cocktail tomatoes, quartered
- 1 shallot(s), finely diced
- ½ bunch curly parsley, chopped
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 150 ml sweet cream
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the cheese first into thin slices, then into squares of approximately 1 x 1 cm, and place in a bowl. Mix the mayonnaise, cream, mustard, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and add to the cheese. Fold in the remaining ingredients.
