Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 300 g minced meat, half and half
  • 2 onions
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Salt and pepper, possibly herb salt

Briefly fry the sliced ​​onions in hot olive oil. Then add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Peel and slice the potatoes. Let them simmer for a few minutes. Slice the zucchini and the leek and sauté briefly. Then add the cream and milk and bring to a boil. Season to taste. Then pour into a baking dish and top with sliced ​​mozzarella. Bake at approximately 200°C for about 20-30 minutes, until the cheese is nicely browned.
