Broccoli – minced meat – gratin

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli, whole
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 2 tbsp meatloaf seasoning mix
  • ½ onion(s)
  • some butter
  • 1 cup sour cream or cream
  • 5 m.-sized potatoes
  • Milk
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 21 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 21 hours 20 minutes

Boil the potatoes. Steam the broccoli florets for the last 5 minutes. Melt the butter in a saucepan, fry the onions until translucent, then add the minced meat and the seasoning mix. Make up to 250 ml of sour cream (or cream) with milk, season with salt and pepper. Layer the potatoes in a casserole dish, then the minced meat, and then the broccoli on top. Pour the sauce over the potatoes and then the cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C for half an hour.
