Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli, in florets, fresh or frozen
  • 250 g Mett or minced beef
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed or chopped
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda or other), grated
  • 4 some butter
  • 20 g butter
  • 20 g flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the broccoli for a maximum of 15 minutes. Brown the ground beef, add the onions and garlic, and continue to cook with the beef until cooked through. Make a roux of butter, flour, and milk and season. Alternate the broccoli and beef in a large casserole dish. Pour the sauce over the meat, sprinkle with cheese, and scatter with butter flakes, if desired. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200-250°C. Serve with rice, especially whole-grain rice.
