Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 260 g flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Salt
  • some cream or wine, white
  • oil
  • Powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar or nut sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Form the ingredients (butter to cream) into a kind of pasta dough, roll it out, and roll out rectangular, pillowy loaves. Fry in hot oil, sprinkle with powdered sugar (cinnamon sugar or nut sugar), and serve hot. Serve with a mug of coffee or hot cocoa with whipped cream.
