Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 bell peppers (vegetable), red and yellow
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 kohlrabi
- 3 carrots
- 1 pinch(s) of paprika flakes, from the Turkish shop
- 1 pinch of salt
- mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Chop all ingredients and add them to a smoothie maker or blend them in another way. Season with salt and paprika flakes. Add mineral water, if desired, until the desired consistency is reached.
