Vegetable smoothie with peppers, carrots, cucumber and kohlrabi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers (vegetable), red and yellow
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 pinch(s) of paprika flakes, from the Turkish shop
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop all ingredients and add them to a smoothie maker or blend them in another way. Season with salt and paprika flakes. Add mineral water, if desired, until the desired consistency is reached.
