quick and easy to make, enough for 12 pieces
Sift the flour into a bowl, make a well, and sprinkle over the yeast and sugar. Dice the herb cream cheese and place it on the edge of the bowl with a pinch of salt. Pour 150 ml of lukewarm water into and around the well. Using the dough hook on a hand mixer, make a smooth yeast dough and let it rise, covered, in a warm place until it has doubled in size. Dust the work surface with flour and roll out the dough into a rectangle (20 x 30 cm). Then spread the tomato paste on it, leaving a 1 cm border free. Dice the onions and zucchini, and cut the raw ham into strips. Spread everything on the tomato paste and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and thyme. Roll the dough up from the long side and press the edges down. Cut the dough into 12 slices and place the cut-side down on a greased baking sheet. Let it rise for 10 minutes, then bake in the oven at 200°C (180°C fan-assisted) for about 20 minutes until golden brown. You can vary the topping for the pizza rolls as you wish (for example, peppers, spinach, or corn instead of zucchini).
