Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g lamb’s lettuce
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 shot of vinegar (herb vinegar)
- Maggi, liquid
- 2 tbsp herbs, dried or frozen
- 1 m.-sized tomato(s)
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
In a fairly small salad bowl, combine oil, a dash of salt, and a dash of herb vinegar with the Maggi dressing, then stir in the dried herbs. The dressing shouldn’t be too runny. Cut the tomato into very small cubes and add it. Wash the lamb’s lettuce thoroughly, spin it dry, and add it to the bowl. Mix it with the dressing just before eating to prevent it from becoming mushy. This salad goes well with grilled or pan-fried meat, but it also tastes great with fresh baguette.
