Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g sausages (Vienna)
- 500 g pasta
- salt water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 5 tbsp ketchup
- curry powder
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- e.g. chili sauce, sweet

Cook the noodles in salted water according to the package instructions (they can be taken out 1-2 minutes earlier, as they will be going back in the oven). Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Meanwhile, cut the sausages into finger-thick slices and peel the onions and cut them into half rings. Fry the onions in a pan until translucent and set aside. Now stir together the sauce made from sour cream, ketchup, and spices, according to your taste. I find the curry flavor particularly important; you can also omit the chili sauce. When the noodles are ready, drain and return them to the pot. Mix the sauce and sausages with the noodles and place them in a baking dish. Distribute the onions evenly over the mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake on the middle rack for 15-20 minutes.
