Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (macaroni)
- 200 g cheese, Gouda (grated)
- 200 g cream
- 70 g salami
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 can tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
- 1 tsp, heaped herbs of Provence
- 1 tsp, heaped herbs, Italian
- e.g. chili powder (add amount according to taste)
- some salt
- some pepper (black)
- some paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the macaroni and place it in a buttered casserole dish. Mix the tomatoes, herbs, spices, and cream well and pour over the dish. Cut the salami into strips and arrange on top. Grate the cheese and spread it over the top, then sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
