Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 240 g apricot(s)
- 150 g yogurt, 3.5% fat
- 150 ml milk
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Wash and pit the apricots. Place them in a blender along with the remaining ingredients and puree. Serve cold.
