Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup buttermilk, approx. 500 g
- 100 g blueberries
- 25 g raspberries or banana
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- some pepper (increases turmeric by 1000 times)
- 1 tsp fenugreek
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Still drink, breakfast shake
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree. Then chill. The shake will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. It’s a great energy boost, not just for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
