Ingredients for 15 servings:
- 15 pork neck steaks
- 200 ml soy sauce
- 12 g basil, dried
- 0.33 bottle of Tabasco
- 4 tsp spice mix (steak seasoning)
- 2 large cans of mushrooms
- 3 onions (vegetable onions)
- 500 ml tomato ketchup
- 1 cup of cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 2 days; Total time approx. 2 days 15 minutes
Mix soy sauce, basil, Tabasco, and steak seasoning and marinate the meat for 2 days. Transfer the meat and marinade to a roasting pan. Before baking, add the mushrooms and their liquid. Add the sliced onions and finally the bottle of tomato ketchup. Cook in a preheated oven (200°C) for 2 hours with the lid on and 85 minutes uncovered. Do not stir. Remove from the oven and stir in a cup of cream.
