Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- 8 rings of pineapple (chopped if desired)
- Mushrooms as needed, sliced
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 pack of sauce (cream sauce)
- pepper
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper and place it in a baking dish. Arrange pineapple rings or sliced pineapple pieces on top. Add the cleaned mushrooms, if desired. Mix the cream, crème fraîche, cream sauce, and canned pineapple juice together and season generously with salt and pepper. Pour over the meat and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 1 hour. Serve hot.
