Paprika schnitzel with cream cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 steak(s) (minute pork steaks)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 pepper-paprika-flavored cream cheese
  • smoked salt
  • pepper
  • basil
  • oregano
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

from the oven

First, slice the onion into rings and fry lightly in a pan. Dice the tomatoes and add them. Simmer everything over medium heat. Then add the cream cheese. Mix well and season to taste. Place the minute steaks in a baking dish. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips and distribute them over the steaks. Pour the sauce over the steaks and bake everything in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes. I recommend serving with rice.
