Gyro casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g meat (gyros)
  • 2 onions
  • 250 g pepper(s) (frozen)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cube of Maggi
  • possibly garlic powder
  • 1 pkt. Mozzarella, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the gyros. Add the onions and bell peppers and fry briefly. Stir in the cream, crème fraîche, and Maggi cube, and bring to a boil briefly. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake the dish in the oven at 220°C (425°F) until the cheese is golden brown. Serve with pasta.
