Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g low-fat curd cheese
- 125 g oil
- 8 g salt
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 400 g spelt flour
- 12 g baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Knead all ingredients together, cover, and let rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Roll out the dough on a baking sheet and top with your desired toppings. Bake for 20 minutes on the middle rack. This dough will serve one baking sheet.
