Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 350 g flour
- 200 ml water
- 20 g yeast, fresh
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for 2 round pizzas or a large tray
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Crumble the yeast over the dough and use the dough hook on a mixer to make a dough. Knead again by hand (or use a bread maker to knead it). Roll out the dough on a large baking sheet or for two round pizzas and let it rise for 30 minutes. Top it and then bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes. If you’re using a pizza stone oven, you only need half the dough for the same amount of pizza. For two round pizza trays or one large tray.
