- 300 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 500 g flour
- 1 point yeast (dry yeast)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Add the ingredients to the bread maker in the following order: 1. Water; 2. Oil; 3. Sugar; 4. Salt; 5. Flour; 6. Yeast. Set the bread maker to the dough program. This takes approximately 1:30 minutes. However, the dough can also be easily made without a bread maker. To do this, mix the dried yeast with the flour. Add the remaining ingredients and knead for about 5 minutes. The dough should no longer be sticky. Then let the dough rise for about 30 minutes. Finally, roll out the dough, place it on a baking sheet, and top it as desired.
