Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cube of yeast
- 500 g flour
- 250 ml water
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- some sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in a little lukewarm water. Stir in 2 tablespoons of flour. Combine the remaining flour, dissolved yeast, oil, remaining water, and salt, and knead into a smooth dough. Shape into a pizza and let the dough rest in a warm place to allow it to expand. Then flatten again and prick with a fork. Top with toppings and bake at 220°C for about 20 minutes.
