Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g raspberries, or other fruits of your choice
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g quark
  • 150 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

also works with other fruits

First, puree the raspberries with a little milk. Then add the quark, vanilla sugar, and the remaining milk. Blend everything thoroughly, and the shake is ready.
