Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 100 ml coffee
- 150 ml milk
- 150 g yogurt
- 3 tbsp ice cream (vanilla)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- n. B. Ice, cubed
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Slice the bananas and then mix them with the lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown. Then puree with all the other ingredients using a hand blender or a blender. Serve the shake in tall glasses and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
